摘要: 针对当前基于服务器/客户机制造系统网络技术中存在的协同性差、缺少动态配置支持等问题,提出了一种基于新一代网络中间件通用即插即用的智能化制造网络系统实现方法。在分析现代制造网络系统的构造特点与基本需求的基础上,建立了面向制造自动化的网络系统模型,并以通用即插即用技术为核心设计了系统网络构架。利用通用即插即用内部通信接口,建立设备管理标准与网络通信协议,并通过其服务调用机制,实现制造网络系统的智能化管理。结合嵌入式系统技术,开发了实时数据采集节点、监控中心节点与数据中心节点,为系统提供有力的实时数据支持。工业现场实验证明,该系统能够实现制造网络各控制节点的自主识别和无缝链接等自适应功能。

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of Networked Manufacturing System (NMS) based on server/client pattern such as poor collaboration ability, shortage of dynamic configuration support etc, a kind of intelligent NMS realization method based on new generation network middleware-Universal Plug and Play (UPnP) was brought forward. By analyzing the construction characteristics and fundamental requirement of modern NMS, network system model oriented to automatic manufacturing was established, and the network architecture was designed and realized by UPnP technology. By applying standard communication protocol and application program interface of UPnP, device management criterion and data transform protocol were set up, and the intelligent management for NMS was realized by using UPnP service-calling mechanism. Combining with embedded system technology, real-time data collection node, monitoring center node and data storage server were designed to supply powerful real-time data support for NMS. Industry experiments proved that this system could realize self-recognition, seamless integration and other self-adaptive functions.
