摘要: 针对快速扩散制造系统中的工艺更改问题,结合军工制造企业的特点,提出了扩散工艺调整模型。在分析扩散工艺调整流程的基础上,通过预执行的思想加快了流程的调整,利用产生式规则研究了扩散工艺调整对快速扩散制造系统中其他系统的影响,并给出了关联规则。为实现扩散工艺调整的快速进行,构建了扩散工艺调整机制。最后,以一个实例分析了扩散工艺的调整过程,验证了扩散工艺调整模型的实用性。

Abstract: To solve the process change in rapid proliferative manufacturing and according to the characteristics of military enterprises, the proliferative process adjustment model was put forward. Based on analysis of proliferative process adjustment flow, the adjustment flow was accelerated by the idea of preceding operation. Influence on other systems in rapid proliferative manufacturing exerted by proliferative process adjustment model was studied by production rules. And the association rules were given. Then, adjustment mechanism was established to speed up proliferative process adjustment. Finally, an example of proliferative process adjustment model validated that proliferative process adjustment model was feasible and effective.
