摘要: 运用系统论的思想,探讨了多产品协同开发项目管理中的一些关键问题,特别侧重于信息之间的联系。首先建立了以工作控制点为核心的项目信息空间模型,并结合产品信息和资源依赖,提出了目标导向型多项目协同计划方法。从执行人员的角度提出了基于进度压力的任务排序机制,构建了面向多产品协同开发的项目执行环境。整套管理方法的优点在于能够灵活处理项目中、项目间的各种依赖关系,并实现了项目计划与项目执行的有机统一。

Abstract: According to the philosophy of system theory, some key problems in project management oriented to multi-product collaborative development were analyzed, particularly the relationships among Product Development (PD) project information. Firstly, the PD project information framework based on management control points was constructed. Then, considering the information and resource dependence among multi-project, objective-oriented multi-project collaborative scheduling was proposed. In addition, from the project executors view, the tasks sorting mechanism based on scheduling pressure was presented, and the project execution environment oriented to collaborative development for multi-project was constructed. The advantage of these methods was that the relationships among entire information could be managed flexibly and the integrity of project planning and execution could be obtained.
