摘要: 针对模具制造项目的不确定因素而造成监控难度大的问题,分析了模具项目的特点,提出了一种考虑多关键路径的随机项目进度监视模型。该模型考虑了项目任务状态分布及状态转移规则,比较了并行工序的工时消耗,以确定项目关键路径。通过项目状态演化得到项目的完工期数学分布。为减少计算量,模型利用屏蔽低概率任务状态的方法,缩减系统状态空间,并开发了一套项目管理系统,利用此系统对一个案例进行演化,演化结果说明该模型具备一定的实用性。

Abstract: To improve the project scheduling efficiency of mould manufacturing with uncertainties, the characteristics of mould project was analyzed, and a stochastic project process monitoring model with multi-critical paths was proposed. The project task state distribution and the state transfer rules were considered in the model. The critical path was determined by the comparison of longest period cost among the parallel craft paths. The mathematics distribution of project finish time was calculated by the evolution of system states. To reduce the calculation amount, a method was used to reduce the system states space by eliminating the task states with low probability. Based on this model, a project management system was developed to evolve an example, and the evolvement result proved the models feasibility.
