制造网格中资源服务化封装方法研究

摘要: 为实现分布、异构的制造资源共享,提供协同工作环境,提出了一种基于Web服务资源框架的资源服务化封装方法,将制造资源封装为Web服务资源,以屏蔽制造资源自身的异构型和复杂性,对外呈现统一的调用接口,在制造网格环境中共享。为简化和规范资源服务化封装操作,提出了资源封装模板的概念,并分为资源描述模板和实现模板,每类制造资源对应一个模板。根据以上研究成果,设计开发了资源适配器和资源封装工具。封装了CASFORM软件,并应用于山东制造业信息化综合服务平台中。

Abstract: To share distributed, heterogeneous manufacturing resources and provide collaborative problem-solving environment, a resource service encapsulation method was presented based on Web service resource framework. Manufacturing resource was encapsulated as Web service resource to shield the heterogeneous nature and complexity of manufacturing resource and present a uniform interface shared in grid environment. To simplify and standardize the encapsulation process, concept of the resource encapsulation template was defined. And it was classified as resource representation template and realization template. Each kind of manufacturing resource was corresponding to a specific template. Based on above studies, the resource adapter and the resource encapsulation tools were developed. CASFORM software was encapsulated and deployed in the Shandong information-oriented manufacturing service platform.
