摘要: 为实现相控阵雷达的快速研制,开发了面向相控阵雷达的快速工艺准备与优化系统;建立了相控阵雷达快速工艺准备与优化系统的组成层次模型、功能分析模型和数据传递模型。采用融合基于实例、知识和交互式的综合式计算机辅助工艺设计技术,实现工艺的快速设计。提出了以基于实例的夹具设计为核心,以交互式夹具设计为补充的快速夹具设计方法。构建了以工艺参数数据库和知识库为中心,以基于神经网络的优化和基于有限元的物理仿真为手段的工艺参数优化分系统。快速工艺准备与优化系统的实施将提高装备的研发质量、缩短研发周期。

Abstract: A rapid process preparation and optimization system was developed to realize quick research and development of phased array radar. The hierarchical model, the functional analysis model, and the data transmission model of rapid process preparation and optimization system were established. Rapid design of process planning was realized by using a method combining case-based, knowledge- based and interactive Computer Aided Process Planning (CAPP). A method to achieve rapid fixture design was put forward based on case-based fixture design and complemented with interactive fixture design. The optimization subsystem for process parameter optimization was established by using process parameter database and knowledge base as the kernel. The neural network based optimization and physical simulation with finite element analysis were applied in subsystem. Implementation of the rapid process preparation and optimization system would improve the quality of manufacturing and shorten the development cycle.
