摘要: 提出了同向双螺杆螺旋曲面加工的一种新方法,构建了基于工程数据库的CAD及其仿真系统;研究了同向双螺杆螺旋曲面计算机辅助设计及其仿真系统的原理与方法;分析了系统的整体结构、软件流程和各组成部分的功能。该系统已实际应用,证明效果良好。

Abstract: A computer aided design and simulation system, based on the theory of using the standard cylindrical milling cutter in machining method for forming cylindrical spiral curved surface, is introduced. The theory and approach of CAD and simulation for double-axis screw are studied. The structure of the system and the function of each part of the system are described. The system has been applied successfully.
