摘要: 传统的产品建模技术存在信息表达不完整,以及在产品配置过程中缺乏柔性等问题。为此提出了包含功能、原理、结构及知识的模板化产品信息模型。在模型的创建过程中,从相似的功能单元中抽象出共同特征,组成参数化的产品模板;以多层次结构的形式来表达产品族各部分的功能结构信息,用面向对象技术进行模板知识的描述。将模板化产品建模方法应用于小型农业作业机数字化产品设计中,减少了产品族中部分零部件的建模数量,提高了产品设计的灵活性。

Abstract: To deal with problems as incomplete information representation and lack of flexibility in product configuration in traditional product modeling technology, a template-based product information model including functions, principles, structure and knowledge was proposed. In the model creating process, the common features were abstracted from similar functional elements to constitute parametric product template. Functional and structural information of product family were expressed with hierarchical structure and template knowledge was described with object-oriented technology. The template-based product modeling approach was applied in digital product design of small agricultural machinery to reduce the modeling numbers of partial components in a product family and improve the flexibility of product design.
