摘要: 根据变型设计对产品结构可配置性、可重用性和灵活性的需求,深入分析了广义产品结构和数据之间的语义关系,提出了一种将扩展与或树和装配有向图相结合的可配置产品结构模型。扩展与或树覆盖了一组变型产品的结构,建立了产品节点之间的内在语义关系和配置条件,用以支持变型产品的组成结构变型;装配有向图形式化描述装配关系和装配方向,用以表达产品结构中装配语义。在此基础上,通过可扩展属性集来描述产品结构中各节点属性及其关系,支持变型产品的参数变型与传递。最后以汽车减震器产品系列为例,说明该模型对支持快速变型设计的可行性。

Abstract: Aiming at the configurability, reusability and flexibility requirements of product structure in variant design, the semantic relationship between generic product structure and data was deeply analyzed. And a configurable product structure model combining extensible andor tree with assembly directional graph was proposed. Extensible andor tree was used to cover a group of variant product structures, and internal semantic relationships and configuration conditions among product nodes were set up to support variant of composite structure. Assembly directional graph was adopted to describe assembly relationships and directions to represent assembly semantics for product structure. Moreover, extensible property sets were used to describe properties and relationships of nodes in product structure, and to support parameter variant and transmission for variant products. Finally, this model was illustrated by a shock absorber product series to demonstrate its feasibility for rapid variant design.
