摘要: 为提高大型复杂产品设计的效率,研究了复杂产品方案设计的实例分解与重用技术,提出了一种基于公理化设计的设计实例知识重用方法。该方法以设计实例分解关联度为依据分解系统,建立了多级设计实例的层次模型和基于多级实例的知识重用模型,实现多级设计实例的重用。以大型水轮机方案设计为例,证明了该方法的有效性和可操作性。

Abstract: To improve efficiency for largescale complicated product design, the case decomposition and reuse of scheme design knowledge were studied, as well as a case reuse method based on Axiomatic Design (AD) was proposed. With this method, decomposition interaction was firstly applied in multihierarchy case decomposition to build the multihierarchy case model. Knowledge reuse model was put forward based on multihierarchy case database to achieve case reuse. An example of largescale hydraulic turbine scheme design was provided to validate the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method.
