Abstract: To adapt to collective management requirements and solve the problem of its information-oriented architecture in steel industry group， a new pattern based on Home Service Provides (HSPs) was proposed. Firstly， based on defining the connotation of HSPs， operation pattern， organization pattern and business pattern were analyzed and three-level collective information-oriented management model was constructed. Secondly， total solution of collective information-oriented architecture based on Web Services was provided. In its functional integration framework， the extended Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and its system integration were briefly introduced. Finally， a practical system implemented in a steel industry group proved their commerce effects of the construction of home services platform， the customization steps of reconstruction information system and the HSPs pattern.
