摘要: 根据生物免疫系统的基本概念和免疫应答机理,构造了一种融生物免疫机理和专家系统为一体的生产调度模型,提出了基于工序约束的抗体优生方法和基于机床作业序列的抗体编码规则。介绍了基于生物免疫机理的智能生产调度关键算法,给出了作业车间生产调度案例及其多目标动态优化结果。通过生物免疫记忆、激增和抑制机理,基于工序约束的种子抗体优选方法和抗体进化约束性检验专家系统,有效地解决了大规模、多因素、多目标生产调度问题的求解效率和成功率。

Abstract: We construct an intelligent scheduling system model based on the biologic immune system and the mechanism of immune response with the advantages of the biologic immune mechanism and the expert system, and put forward a new method of antibody generation and antibody encoding with the job sequence and process constrains. We introduce an intelligent scheduling system and give a case for job-shop scheduling and some dynamic optimum solutions to multi-objective function. Based on biologic immunity memory, antibody promotion and suppression mechanisms,and antibody automatic generation with multi-constrain, the efficiency and success rate to solve a large scale, multi-factor and multi-target optimum scheduling problem have been greatly improved.
