摘要: 在现代制造业中,工件的装夹是加工过程中首先面临的问题,夹具的设计已经成为保证工件加工质量的重要手段,为了解决夹具约束工件自由度的分析问题,提出了基于定位原理的数学模型,根据齐次线性方程组解结构的性质,首先推导了三个定位方案的合理性判据;其次,基于刚体运动学,建立了描述加工要求和理论约束自由度之间关系的自由度模型;最后利用典型实例详细讨论了自由度模型及合理性判据的分析应用过程。

Abstract: Reasonable constraint of degrees of freedom of the workpiece was key to design the fixture. Therefore, based on locating principle model, three judgment theorems were firstly proposed to analyze the correctness of the locating scheme according to the solution construction of homogenous linear equations. Secondly, based on rigid-body kinematics, the model of degree of freedom was formulated to describe the relationship between the machining requirement and the theoretical constraint degree of freedom. Finally, a typical example was used to study the usage of the proposed model of degree of freedom and judgment theorem for locating correctness
