Abstract: To realize operation of process rapid proliferation system in the military manufacturing enterprises, characteristics of process rapid proliferation were analyzed. Management of process rapid proliferation and its key techniques based on Web service workflow and the traditional workflow were studied. Then, the architecture of process rapid proliferation based on workflow was established and the system development was finished. Through implementation in an aerospace enterprise, this system could achieve process management of process proliferation, shorten the time of process proliferation, and ensure quality of extrawork piece by process control. Finally, a typical workflow of proliferation process audit was analyzed.
