摘要: 刮板输送机是典型的定制产品,每种新的变型大都是在已有机型上进行的变型设计,为基于产品平台的产品配置方法提供了必要的条件。在分析已有产品的基础上,通过产品平台参数提取和映射,建立了产品平台及结构树。提出了实现客户需求的产品配置流程,通过寻找客户所需的产品平台实现其配置。通过产品平台特征参数、配置约束及模糊模式识别等方法,确定产品的不变结构,可直接输出进行生产,而部分零部件的变型设计也相对简单,缩短了产品设计和生产的周期。

Abstract: Armored face conveyor was typical customized mechanical product. Each new model was designed based on the existing models which were necessary for product configuration based on the product platform. After analyzing existing products, product platform and structure tree were constructed through extraction and mapping of product platform parameters. Product configuration process which satisfied customers′ requirements was proposed. Configuration was accomplished by finding out what the platform customers needed. Those invariable parts which could be directly put into production were defined by platform feature parameter, configuration constraints and fuzzy pattern recognition. At the same time, design for other parts were simple so that product design and manufacturing cycle were shortened.
