摘要: 介绍了基于联邦模式的集成体系结构及联邦执行支撑环境,为多个异构网络化制造系统的集成提供综合框架。既可实现系统之间的资源共享与协同工作,又维持了各系统的自治性,使得任何系统的加入和退出都不影响其他系统的运行。联邦执行支撑环境以中间件形式加载在原有网络化制造系统上,提供标准的非平凡服务,使得系统具有分布式事务处理能力,促使各系统之间建立灵活的互惠合作关系。实现了基于联邦模式体系结构的原型系统,并在北京网络化制造系统集成中得到了实际应用。

Abstract: The Federation Integration Architecture (FIA) and Federation Execution Infrastructure (FEI) were introduced, which provided comprehensive framework and methodology based on federation integration mode to facilitate service interoperability and information sharing among distributed and heterogeneous Networked Manufacturing System (NMS) while maintaining systems autonomy. The joint or exit of any NMS did not influence the execution of federation integration system or other members of federation. FEI was plugged in the NMS as a middleware, which provided uniformed uncommon services and underlay distributed transaction coordination mechanism. This framework facilitated the establishment of agile cooperative commercial relationship among NMSs. A prototype was developed to demonstrate the feasibility of the method, and this method was applied in the Beijing networked manufacturing system integration.
