摘要: 为了对社会化、信息化、个性化背景下的敏捷服务提供理论支持,提出一种用以刻画服务系统建模、构建与部署的服务工程的方法体系概念性框架。依据该框架的服务元模型、服务建模、服务系统构建、服务性能评价和相关支持工具五个要素,综述了服务工程方法。通过分析国内外研究现状,指出现代服务业背景下服务系统的建模、构建与部署的服务工程方法的进一步研究领域。最后根据该框架和已有研究,提出服务模型驱动的体系结构的服务工程方法体系,并简要介绍了该体系中五个要素的特征。

Abstract: To provide theoretical support for agile service engineering in socialized, information-oriented and diversified environment, a methodology framework was proposed to describe service system modeling, development and deployment. Service engineering methodology was discussed and reviewed from its five components of the framework, namely service meta-model, service modeling approach, service system development approach, service performance evaluation, and relevant supporting tools. Then, some problems and future field such as description of service interoperation, service component, service reuse, and service quality evaluation were discussed. Based on these studies, a special Methodology for Service Engineering (MSE) named Service Model Driven Architecture (SMDA) was briefly introduced, and the five components' characteristics of this architecture were also introduced.
