摘要: 为综合评判复杂产品开发过程的风险,建立了复杂产品开发的多因素风险分析模型。该模型以设计结构矩阵理论为基础,充分考虑了复杂产品开发项目的迭代特征和各风险因素之间的相互影响,同时,又扩展了设计结构矩阵在复杂产品开发领域中应用的形式。仿真结果证明,该模型能够为复杂产品开发项目的进度、成本和质量风险的综合评价提供科学的依据。

Abstract: To comprehensively evaluate risks of complex product development, a multifactor risk model for complex product development was constructed. Based on Design Structure Matrix (DSM), the model fully considered iteration characteristics of complex product development process and interactions among various risk factors. At the same time, DSM in the application of complex product development was extended. Simulation result indicated that the model could be used to evaluate the progress, cost and risk of quality in the complex product development.
