摘要: 在分析按单装配型配置系统不足的基础上,提出一种按单设计型复杂产品多层次配置的设计方法。根据客户需求,基于预定义的产品族平台,针对按单设计型产品不同类型模块特点,应用不同层次的配置规则进行模块的多层次配置,并对配置结果进行校验,得到满足用户需求的产品设计方案,作为订单产品设计的基础。

Abstract: Based on analyzing the limitations of AssemblytoOrder (AtoO) configuration system, a multilevel configuration design method for complicated EngineeringtoOrder (EtoO) product was presented. According to consumers' needs, based on the product family platform which was defined in advance, aiming at the characteristics of EtoO product's various modules, the multilevel configuration system could conclude a product design plan which would meet the requirements of consumers by using different level configuration rules and checking rules. The plan was the base for EtoO product design.
