摘要: 分析了设计结构矩阵优化方法的不足,提出了以数字化设计结构矩阵及遗传算法为基础的新优化算法。新算法在优化对象、目标函数、进化方法及优化结果等方面进行了创新和改善,不仅能快速地寻找出最优解,实现设计过程优化,还能优化时间及费用。案例分析表明,新算法能有效地减少复杂产品设计过程中的耦合反馈、设计时间及费用,进而降低设计难度和设计成本。

Abstract: Disadvantages of the present research in design structure matrix optimization algorithms were analyzed. Based on the numerical design structure matrix and the genetic algorithm, a new optimization algorithm of design structure matrix was brought forward. Compared with the old algorithm, the new algorithm improved optimization objective, object function, evolutionary method and optimization result. With the new algorithm, not only best solution could be found rapidly so as to realize optimization of the design process, but also the design time and cost could be minimized. Result of an example revealed that the new algorithm decreased the design difficulty and cost effectively.
