摘要: 为定量评估产品平台设计的资源节约效果,基于相似度分析和聚类分析,提出了一种面向可适应性的参数化产品平台构建方法。该方法在面向多种设计需求的基础上,通过变量化分析技术,建立了产品结构的优化元模型。首先通过设计变量的灵敏度分析,确定候选的可共享的平台公共变量集;然后通过相似度计算与聚类分析重新确定公共变量在各产品中的具体数值,并进行分组,构建了产品族的多组共享参数平台。以基于产品平台的各个变型产品的可适应度阈值为约束条件,通过可适应度计算对各变型产品进行评价。最后,通过旋压切割机的设计,对该方法进行了验证。

Abstract: To evaluate the resource saving effect of product platform design, a new method of adaptability-oriented parametric product platform design was proposed based on similarity analysis and cluster analysis. With this method, the optimization meta-model of product structure for diversified design requirements was built through variant analysis technique. Firstly,the common variables candidates which could be shared were determined through analyzing the sensitivity of the design variables.Then the concrete number of the common design variables was redefined and categorized by similarity computation and cohesion analysis. Several sharing parameter platforms for product family were established. Taking adaptability threshold value as constraint, product evaluation was conducted through adaptability computation. This method of product platform design was validated by a case study of spin cutting machine design.
