摘要: 为有效支持大批量定制的产品配置,提出了基于扩展域结构模板的配置建模方法。该方法首先在域结构模板中引入产品制造过程信息,得到包含产品功能、载体和制造过程信息的扩展域结构模板。在此基础上,通过拓展其载体和制造过程节点,并采用有向图提取和表达上述元素间的关系,生成了包含产品族载体和制造过程信息的配置模型。所得模型在支持企业配置出个性化设计方案的同时,保证了配置方案具有制造成本低和制造周期短的特性。最后,以转子式蜂鸣器为例,初步验证了配置建模的方法。

Abstract: To rationalize product configuration for mass customization, a new configuration modeling approach based on Extended Domain Structure Template (EDST) was proposed. EDST including product functions, carriers and production process information was constructed by introducing manufacturing process information into domain structure template. Subsequently, the configuration model was formulated through family extension of carrier and manufacturing process nodes along with configuration knowledge extraction and presentation in digraph. Enterprises could obtain personalized product design scheme by this proposed model while facilitating to achieve the configuration solution with high quality, low manufacturing cost and short cycle. A case study of vibration motor was reported to illustrate the validity of the proposed approach.
