Abstract: Strategies and methods of main and auxiliary logistics control, as well as the concrete mathematical models were also provided from the viewpoint of logistics supply. A feasible Pokayoke system was developed which integrated database and indication units with the computer central control system based on logistics control strategies and methods to improve the assembly quality. At the same time, an effective application for MixedModel Assembly Lines (MMAL) of transmission production was successfully set up.
