摘要: 为使维护功能配置能够将维护需求恰当地配置到维护技术领域,提出并研究了维护功能配置多目标规划模型的一般原理和方法。为确定该模型中的各参数,在假定从维护需求到维护技术方法的配置关系及各种维护技术方法之间的自相关关系均为线性的条件下,基于目标规划原理,提出了相关系数法。为简化配置优化过程,在忽略各维护技术方法之间的自相关关系前提下,基于维护功能配置逻辑,提出了相关矩阵法。最后,以某发电厂为例,系统阐述了维护目标的确立、基础数据的获取、各个参数的计算、模型的优化,以及结果评价分析的全过程。

Abstract: To deploy maintenance requirement to maintenance technique field properly with Maintenance Function Deployment (MFD), the general principles and method of MFD multiobjective programming model was studied. To define the parameters of the model, correlation coefficient method was proposed based on goal programming principles with the hypothesis of linear correlation between maintenance requirement and maintenance technique and selfcorrelation among various maintenance techniques. To predigest deployment and optimization process, correlation matrix method was put forward based on MFD logic on the premise of ignoring selfcorrelation between maintenance techniques. Finally, an example of a power plant was given to describe the whole process of setting up maintenance objective, obtaining basic data, calculating parameter, optimizing model and evaluating result.
