摘要: 为了更有效地使用工位、提高装配线效率,提出一个基于多目标的平行装配线平衡方法。该方法考虑生产节拍、工位数和工位负荷三个互相冲突的目标,建立了基于目标规划的平行装配线多目标优化模型,使三个目标按照不同的优先顺序得到优化。通过具体实例验证了该方法的有效性,同时对三个优化目标进行了敏感性分析。结果表明,该方法可为平行装配线的决策者提供更加灵活的选择。

Abstract: To improve the efficiency of workstations and increase the capacity,an approach of parallel assembly lines balancing based on multi-objective optimization was proposed,which had considered three clashing objectives included the cycle time,the number of workstations and the workstation load.A goal programming based mathematical model for parallel assembly line was developed and three objectives were optimized.The effectiveness of the proposed method was verified with specific experiment,and the sensitivity analysis for three objectives was also done.This methodology provided the flexibility to the decision maker of parallel assembly lines.
