摘要: 为了分析多重故障,根据故障模式和失效功能元素之间的映射关系,构造了一种基于功能失效机理的层次式多重故障表示模型。利用多色集合理论对这种故障表示模型进行数学形式的统一描述,使之便于计算机的表达和操作。利用多色集合的统一颜色和个人颜色间的推理关系矩阵,实现对故障底事件的推理,并给出了推理的方法和步骤。最后,以汽轮机为例,阐明了所述模型和推理方法。

Abstract: To analyze the multiple failures, a kind of hierarchical multiple failures expression model based on the mechanism of function failure was constructed according to the mapping relationship between failure mode and function element. This expression model was formally described in mathematical language to make it readily manipulated by computers through using the polychromatic sets. Then, using the reasoning matrix between the unit color and individual color of the polychromatic sets, the reasoning of the basic events of the fault was obtained, and the methods and processes of the reasoning were also presented. Finally, a case study of the steam turbine was used to illustrate the proposed model and approach.
