摘要: 针对钢铁企业存在的复杂多变的业务需求和大量异构的系统环境,提出了柔性制造执行系统概念,并介绍了几种常见的组件定义以及设计出柔性制造执行系统组件模型。基于此,结合钢铁企业实际业务,详细阐述了各个组件的接口定义,以及组件之间如何通过接口获取服务。通过实例,给出了典型业务的组件重构方案。最后,根据不同的车间适用场合,分别介绍了两种制造执行系统和车间过程控制系统的接口方式。

Abstract: To deal with complex business requirements and abundant heterogeneous system environments in metallurgical industry, a flexible Manufacturing Execution System (fMES) was proposed. Several familiar components of MES were introduced and the component model of fMES was designed. Combining with real business of enterprises, the definition of interfaces for each component and the details of their interoperability were discussed. In addition, the component reconfiguration solution for typical business was proposed through an example. Finally, according to different situations in workshop, two kinds of interface methods between MES and Process Control System (PCS) were introduced.
