摘要: 在分析传统设计结构矩阵的基础上,将设计结构矩阵扩展为动态设计结构矩阵和静态设计结构矩阵,动态设计结构矩阵连接了设计过程,静态设计结构矩阵用于设计过程的规划,通过映射来实现两者的连接。设计活动改变时,变更动态设计结构矩阵并映射到静态设计结构矩阵,对静态设计结构矩阵进行重构得到设计活动优化的执行序列并实现其动态规划。以某天文望远镜的关键部件设计过程为例,说明了该方法的可行性和实用性。

Abstract: Based on analysis of traditional Design Structure Matrix (DSM), DSM was extended to dynamic DSM and static DSM. The dynamic DSM was connected to the design process, and the static DSM was applied in the planning of the design process. Link between the dynamic DSM and the static DSM was accomplished by mapping technique. When the design activity was changed, the dynamic DSM was altered and mapped to the static DSM. Then the static DSM was rebuilt to get the optimized sequence of the design activity and its dynamic planning was realized. An example of an astronomic telescope key parts design process showed its feasibility.
