摘要: 夹具的发展与制造系统的发展是同步进行的。介绍了无基准工件封装夹具的基本概念、方法和应用,进一步分析了该封装技术的优点和局限性,讨论了一种基于通用寻位元件的主动寻位方法及其工件安装技术,介绍了快速寻位和状态记忆通用夹具的研制情况。 实践表明,这种夹具有效地解决了任意形状工件,在通用夹具中的定位、刀具自由进入工件定位表面进行切削加工和填料浇注时的毛坯漂移等问题。

Abstract: The fixturing techniques advanced with the development of the industry. We introduced the concept of Reference Free Part Encapsulation(RFPE),analyzed the advantages and weakness of RFPE fixturing, and discussed a new technique(Rapid Location and State Memory,RL&SM). RL&SM has solved the problems of location for arbitrarily shaped parts in phase change based fixturing, accessibility to the tool in machining in different directions for RFPE fixturing and blank drift. The location technique in RL&SM makes the accuracy of machining largely independent of the accuracy of the locating device tolerances.
