摘要: 为了建立设计相关模型之间模型级和特征级的协同感知能力,在模型存储节点上维护路由感知描述表,以建立模型间的网络映射。在每个设计相关模型上维护该模型特征相关性描述表,以建立模型特征之间的特征映射,利用主模型修改描述表封装主模型的设计修改。通过几何修改搜索算法和特征修改定位算法,实现模型级和特征级的协同感知。最后,构建模型特征相关性修改描述表,封装模型间设计相关性的更改,通过协同适应算法实现协同感知后设计模型映射关系的更新。

Abstract: To establish collaborative perception between model level and feature level of relevant design models, the router perception description table at the Product Data Management (PDM) node was maintained to map the models across the distributed heterogeneous Computer Aided Design(CAD) platforms. The model feature correlation description table at the CAD node was maintained to map the model features among CAD models, at the same time the modification of master model was encapsulated by a description table. The collaborative model perception and feature perception could be realized through the geometry modification search algorithm and feature location modification algorithm. Finally, the model feature correlation modification description table was established to encapsulate the correlation modification among CAD models. And the collaborative adaptation algorithm was used to update the collaborative perception map of the design models.
