摘要: 针对薄板装配的特点,提出了一种系统化的适应性薄板产品接头形式的设计方法,该方法在概念设计阶段对装配工艺(顺序)和结构(接头形式)进行方案设计和评估,以达到最终产品尺寸的在线可调整性。提出了适应性连接的设计原则,建立了连接优化数学模型,并使用遗传算法进行求解。该方法为提高产品最终尺寸精度、减少设计试验次数提供了良好的基础。

Abstract: Unlike traditional rigid body assembly, different joints configurations have different performance characteristics of dimensional variation. In order to deal with characteristics of sheet metal products, a systematic design method of adaptive joint optimization for sheet metal product was proposed. With this method, scheme design and evaluation of assembly process and structure were conducted during the conceptual design process so as to achieve online adjustability of final product dimension. Adaptive joint design rule was brought forward and mathematical model of joint optimization was constructed. Genetic Algorithm was employed to obtain solution. This method has laid foundation for improving the final dimension precision of product and reduce design experiments rates.
