摘要: 在研究冲压工艺加工需求和加工工序的基础上,应用多色集合理论建立了冲压工艺规划的数学模型。该模型包括围道矩阵和多色图等两个部分,多色图描述冲压工序的相互作用。应用此模型研究了一种冲压工艺路径求解算法,能根据加工要求搜索工序路线,求解出零件的冲压工艺路线。开发了一个冲压工艺规划原型系统,并以一个圆筒类零件为例,对所提出的模型与算法进行了验证。

Abstract: Based on study of punching process requirements and processing sequence, the polychromatic sets theory was applied to construct the mathematical model of punching process planning. The model was comprised of a contour comprising matrix and a polychromatic graph, which was used to describe the interaction among working procedures. An algorithm to search the punching process path according to the machining requirements of parts was designed based on this model. A prototype system of punching process planning was developed, and a case of a columnar part was given to verify the proposed model and the algorithm.
