考虑学习效应的合作过程构建方法研究

摘要: 目前企业合作过程的构建主要依靠自顶向下的方法,以及以电子市场为代表的自下而上的方法,而未考虑由学习曲线效应引发的过程性能指标的过渡过程对合作过程构建问题的影响。为此,使用时间常量模型对学习效应进行了描述,将传统动态联盟伙伴选择模型扩展到过程级别。在过程分解和0-1整数规划的基础上,提出了考虑学习效应的合作过程构建模型,并使用遗传算法进行求解。结合系统集成行业的信息系统升级服务合作过程的构建,分析了合作过程执行次数对模型结果的影响,指出该模型适用于经营过程性能对学习过程中的过渡过程有明显影响的企业合作过程。

Abstract: Enterprise collaboration process is usually constructed in a top-down mode (which is an extension of traditional dynamic alliance theories) or a bottom-up mode (e-marketplace is an example). The influence of learning-curve on collaboration process construction problem was not considered in traditional enterprise collaboration construction theories. To deal with this problem,a time-constant model was used to formalize the learning-curve effect,and the traditional dynamic alliance partner selection model was extended to the level of business process. Based on the decomposition of business process and 0-1 planning,the collaboration process construction model based on learning-curve effect was presented and a genetic algorithm was introduced to solve it. An example of service upgrade in collaboration process construction in system integration was employed to illustrate the model,and the influence of process operation times on the result of collaboration process construction was analyzed,which showed that this model would be more applicable to collaboration processes with obvious transition effects.
