摘要: 针对协同设计过程中的质量控制问题,建立了面向协同设计质量控制与保证的以产品开发任务为核心的层次化、协同化组织模型;提出了基于里程碑和过程同步点监控相结合的协调式质量控制过程方法与模型;阐释了协同设计质量信息的内容与特点,建立了质量数据管理模型。基于上述理论模型与方法,构建了支持协同设计质量控制软件系统的功能模型,为支持协同设计质量控制系统的开发提供了解决方案。

Abstract: To deal with design quality control in product collaborative design,a partnership model was proposed,which was a product-centered hierarchical model oriented to quality control in collaborative design and guarantee. A quality control process model based on milestone and process key-point monitoring was presented,and the method to ensure collaborative design quality was also provided. The contents and characteristics of quality data in collaborative design were discussed,and a quality data management model in collaborative design was setup. Based on above-mentioned models,the functional model to support collaborative design quality control in software system was constructed so as to provide practicable solution to develop quality control system in collaborative design.
