摘要: 为了简便有效地评价产品可行装配序列,在分析影响装配序列质量的评价指标之后,提出了采用客观自适应的熵权法,根据指标评价值的变异程度来判断各个指标的信息量,进而获得各评价指标在评价中所起作用的大小(即指标的权重),并与模糊综合评价方法相结合,形成基于熵权与模糊集的产品装配序列综合评价方法。该评价方法不仅给出最优结果,还给出了各指标的客观权重,设计者可以据此有针对性地改进产品相关设计或规划装配资源,从而获得最佳的装配序列和相应的装配条件。最后,以8E150ZLC柴油机机油泵3种装配序列为例,验证了该方法的有效性。

Abstract: To rapidly and effectively evaluate the products feasible assembly sequence, after 10 assembly evaluation indexes were analyzed, a comprehensive evaluation approach based on entropy method and fuzzy set was proposed. According to information theory, the information entropies could be obtained by the variation degree of indexes evaluation values, and the indexes weights could be acquired further through the information entropies. Both optimum result and every indexs influencing weights were offered through the approach, and according to the corresponding evaluation weights, the designer was able to improve the design plan or plan assembly resources. Finally, an application example of oil pump of model 8E150ZLC with three assembly sequences was presented to illustrate the feasibility of the approach.
