球头铣刀加工倾角对表面形貌的影响

摘要: 铣削过程中,刀具轴线与工件表面法线之间的夹角(加工倾角)是影响表面形貌的主要因素之一。通过建立刀具轨迹方程,借助MATLAB软件,建立了球头铣刀加工表面形貌预测模型,分析了加工倾角对三维表面形貌、残留高度和二维轮廓线的影响。利用不同倾角下的球头立铣刀铣削实验,验证了预测模型的准确性。研究结果表明,合理的加工倾角对于获得理想的表面形貌至关重要。

Abstract: During milling process,the angle between the cutter axis and the normal of workpiece surface(i.e.,machining inclination angle)is one of the main factors affecting the surface topography.Based on the trajectory equation of cutting tool,a prediction model for the machined surface topography generated by a ball-nose end mill was established with the help of MATLAB software.The effects of machining inclination angle on three-dimensional surface topography,scallop height and two-dimensional surface profiles were analyzed respectively.The accuracy of the prediction model was verified by a milling experiment with the ball-nose end mill under different machining inclination angles.It indicated that a reasonable machining inclination angle was very important to get the desirable surface topography.
