摘要: 提出和研究了一种基于大批量定制生产原理的复杂产品的设计与过程的集成模型。通过设计与过程的集成模型说明了大批量定制生产的原理和方法,如产品设计和制造的并行、推迟定制点、扩展的相似性原理、粗结构表和粗生产计划等。深入地研究了设计与过程的集成模型的定义、表达形式和特点。最后对实际企业的案例进行了分析,表明该模型能有助于缩短产品生产周期和降低产品成本。

Abstract: A new Integrated Design and Process Model (IDPM) based on the principle of mass customization was put forward and studied. By using IDPM, some principles and methods of mass customization were clearer, such as the concurrent engineering of product design and manufacturing, the postpone of customization point, the extension of similarity in parts, incomplete bill of material and incomplete production plan. The definition, description form and characteristics of IDPM were studied. An real case in an industry steam turbine works was studied.
