摘要: 针对我国高性能齿轮传动基础数据管理不规范,齿轮传动数据库和设计软件功能欠缺等问题,设计了高性能齿轮传动数据库软件框架和数据库结构,基于C++语言、Qt应用程序框架和轻量化数据库引擎SQLite开发了高性能齿轮传动数据库软件,并应用于齿轮行业设计分析和生产管理。该软件实现了齿轮材料、工艺、结构、性能等基础数据的高效流程管理和科学数据分析;开发了包括工况分析、寿命预测、轴承选型、结构优化等齿轮传动系统设计模块,实现复杂可变边界条件下齿轮传动系统设计和多目标优化;成功应用于同向平双齿轮传动系统减重、特种车辆重载齿轮数据整理分析等,为高性能齿轮传动行业提供自主可控的有效工具支撑。

Abstract: To solve the nonstandard management of gear basic data and function deficiencies in domestic gear software,a High-Performance Gear Transmission Database and Design Software (HPGTDS) was developed by using the C++ programming language,the Qt application framework,and the SQLite database engine.HPGTDS was applied in the gear industry for design,analysis,and production management,enabling high-efficiency flow management and scientific data analysis of gear materials,manufacturing processes,gear structures,and operating performance.The gear transmission system design module including working-condition analysis,cycle-life prediction,bearing selection and structure optimization functions was developed,thus the design and multi-objective optimization of gear transmission systems with complicated variable boundary conditions were realized.HPGTDS was successfully applied in the weight reduction of a co-rotating twin-screw gear transmission system and a heavy-duty gear database of vehicles,providing effective support for the high-performance gear industry.
