考虑能耗的仿生软夹生产线瞬态性能分析

摘要: 面向2035的高端装备制造以智能化、少人化和绿色化作为其重要指标,而仿生机械具有可植入工业控制算法、可替代传统人工的特点,使其受到了广泛关注。软夹是仿生机械手臂的核心组件,由包含聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)和碳纳米管(CNT)材料的双层材料复合加工而成。为了生产具有较高定制化特性的软夹部件,其制造过程通常采用多台3D打印机串接的方式进行。而此类加工设备能耗较高,因此软夹生产需同时考虑产出率和能源消耗。针对典型仿生软夹生产系统,构建了双伯努利机器串行生产线模型,并得到其瞬态性能分析与期望能耗的计算公式,可用于求解该生产系统的瞬时生产率、原材料消耗率、在制品数量以及设备的饥饿率和阻塞率。根据设备工况提出了两种不同的控制策略用于降低实际生产过程中的设备耗能,并设计了数值算例以比较不同策略对生产系统能耗的影响。此外,通过建立产线的仿真模型,进一步验证了该理论算法的有效性。

Abstract: The intelligent manufacturing,less workers and green manufacturing are the important indicators of the high-end manufacturing for 2035.The features for bionic robotics include the embeddable industrial control algorithm and the replacement for human workforce.The soft clip is the essential component of the bionic robotic hand,which is composed of bi-stable carbon-fiber reinforced polymer laminates,and it is normally manufactured via the PDMS based 3D printing and CNT based 3D printing in autoclaves.This type of equipment is energy consuming,thus the production system should take into account both the productivity and the energy consumption.For a typical soft clip production system,a two Bernoulli machine serial production line was constructed,and the analytical results of the transient state and the expected energy consumption were obtained.Thus the production rate,raw material consumption rate,the work in process,and the starvation rate and the blocking rate of the machines could be computed.Based on the states of the machines,the real-time energy consumption of the production line was reduced via the two proposed control strategies.The simulation experiments were employed to verify the effectiveness of the proposed theory.
