摘要: 数字化工厂对于工业企业数字化转型的重要性得到了学界和业界的广泛认同。为了全面深入地掌握数字化工厂的研究与应用进展,采用文献计量与扎根理论对数字化工厂相关研究文献进行分析。研究表明,数字化工厂研究历程可分为萌芽期(1999~2003年)、探索期(2004~2013年)和发展期(2014年至今);前沿研究从技术及其在制造企业的应用方面把握,研究热点以分布和演进特征来展现;研究演进脉络从宏观(集成主导、智能化发展与应用和复杂系统开拓)和微观(“环境—技术—应用—转型”闭环型逻辑脉络)两个视角进行探讨。最后,总结提炼出6个研究主题,并构建了数字化工厂相关研究理论框架。研究结果旨在为工业企业的数字化转型实践提供理论支撑。

Abstract: The importance of the digital factory for the digital transformation of industrial enterprises has been widely recognized by academia and industry.To comprehensively and deeply grasp the research progress of digital factory,the relevant literature was analyzed by the bibliometrics and grounded theory.The research showed that the research process of digital factory could be divided into embryonic period (1999-2003),exploration period (2004-2013) and development period (2014-present).Frontier research focused on technology and its application in manufacturing enterprises,and the research hotspots were displayed by the characteristics of distribution and evolution.The venation of research evolution was discussed from two perspectives:macro (integrated dominance,intelligent development and application,complex system development) and micro (closed-loop logic venation of “environment-technology-application-transformation”).Six research themes were summarized and extracted,and the theoretical framework of related research on digital factory was constructed.The research results aim to provide theoretical support for the practice of digital transformation of industrial enterprises.
