摘要: 跨领域、跨地域的复杂科技服务需求在构建科技协同服务方案时,需要在客户、第四方科技服务平台、第三方科技服务平台和服务提供商之间进行协同,各参与方在利益诉求、价值期望与服务质量间存在复杂约束,导致该问题具有协商要素多、协商过程复杂等挑战。针对该问题,提出一种基于多方博弈的科技协同服务方案构建方法,首先根据服务提供商的实际情况找到全局优化的退让方案,进而多方参与者根据退让方案进行两阶段的协商,即第四方平台与第三方平台之间的基于斯塔柯尔伯格博弈算法的协商、第三方平台与下属服务提供商之间的基于伯特兰德博弈算法的协商,最终找到合理的质量参数配置的可行域,构建出一套合理的协同服务方案,在确保所有参与者的个人利益的前提下最大化全局的效用。

Abstract: For complex science and technology service demands across fields and regions,in constructing a collaborative scientific and technique service solution,it is necessary to carry out collaboration among customers,fourth-party scientific and technique service platforms,third-party scientific and technique platforms and service providers.Due to the complex constraints between the interests,value expectations and service quality of each participant,the construction of the service solution has challenges of multiple negotiation elements,complex negotiation process and low negotiation efficiency.To address this problem,a multi-party game-based scientific and technique collaborative service solution construction method was proposed.According to the actual situation of service providers,a globally optimized concession solution was found,and then a two-stage negotiation was conducted by the multiple participants  based on the concession solution that was the negotiation between the fourth-party platform and the third-party platforms based on the Starkelberg game algorithm,and the negotiation between the third-party platform and service providers based on the Bertrand game algorithm.A feasible domain for reasonable quality parameter configuration was found ultimately and a reasonable collaborative service solution was built that maximized the global utility while ensuring the individual benefits of all participants.
