摘要: 针对制造企业数据/知识与设计业务融用不足、产品动态需求适应性差、设计响应周期长等现实问题,提出一种数据驱动的产品自适应设计方法。阐述了该方法的概念、内涵、原理和关键技术。基于产品自适应设计原理和关键技术,构建了螺旋输送机产品自适应设计平台,该平台融合与螺旋输送机产品设计相关的海量数据,通过平台各模块中设计工具功能的组合,能够使螺旋输送机的设计精准、快速地适应地质环境变化等全生命周期的新需求,同时实现了设计过程中多个设计环节的快速迭代,有效缩短了设计周期。

Abstract: Aiming at the practical problems of insufficient integration of data / knowledge and design business in manufacturing enterprises,poor adaptability of product dynamic requirements and long design response cycle,a data-driven product adaptive design method was proposed.The concept,connotation,principle and key technology of the proposed method were described.Based on the product adaptive design principle and key technology,the screw conveyor product adaptive design platform was constructed to integrate the massive data related to the screw conveyor product design.Through the combination of design tool functions in each module of the platform,the design of the screw conveyor could accurately and quickly adapt to the new needs of the whole life cycle such as the change of geological environment.At the same time,the rapid iteration of multiple design links in the design process was realized,which effectively shortens the design cycle.
