Abstract: Crowdsourcing based Internet plus research and development mode is one of the most potential solutions to solve the bottleneck problem of product innovation,research and development.Based on analyzing the bottleneck factors of product innovation,research and development under the new market and technology environment and the corresponding potential advantages of product crowdsourcing design,the necessity of solving the problem of stable convergence in crowdsourcing design process was discussed,and the connotation of process control for product crowdsourcing design was expounded.A key technology system framework was constructed.Focus on the all-lifecycle of product crowdsourcing design,five key technologies such as crowdsourcing design process modeling and quantitative perception of design quality formation process,correlation identification of quality requirements and subcontracting planning for design subtask set,robustness evaluation of design quality realization and configuration optimization for collaborative team were put forward and elaborated.A process control platform for product crowdsourcing design has been built and the preliminary application verification was carried out,which provided a reference for the optimization of the product design service business of the third-party crowdsourcing service platform,and served the innovation,research and development of enterprise products.
