摘要: 目前,航空发动机研发仿真需求日益复杂,具有设计软件众多、跨部门研发协同频繁、多学科知识融合交叉等特点,给传统的数字化研发体系带来了诸多挑战。为突破传统研发体系的局限性,开展了航空发动机数值仿真智能综合集成平台架构研究,从集成平台架构需求出发,研究形成了基于科学工作流仿真流程自定义方法、插件式集成软件扩展机制、跨部件与多学科耦合封装技术、异构仿真工程数据管理技术、本地与远程混合环境部署架构、仿真设计/数据智能优化分析方法六大方法指导平台设计开发。最后给出了平台架构设计实例,构建了一套集成化、平台化、智能化的航空发动机数值仿真智能综合集成平台。

Abstract: The simulation for aero-engine research and development is increasingly complex,and it is characterized by numerous design software,frequent cross-department research and development collaboration,and multidisciplinary knowledge integration,which brings many challenges to the traditional digital research and development system.To break through the limitations of traditional research and development system,the research on the architecture of intelligent integrated platform for aero-engine numerical simulation was carried out.Starting from the integrated platform architecture requirements,six methods including the custom method based on scientific workflow simulation process,the plug-in integrated software extension mechanism,the technology of across components and multidisciplinary coupling encapsulation,the heterogeneous simulation mixing environment engineering data management technology,the local and remote deployment architecture and the simulation design/data intelligent optimization analysis method were formed to guide the platform design and development.On this basis,a platform architecture design example was given,and an integrated,platform-based and intelligent intelligent integrated platform for aero-engine numerical simulation was built.
