摘要: 电器电子产品中含有大量的有毒有害物质及稀贵金属,随着废旧产品数量激增,处理不当将造成资源浪费及环境污染,研究废旧电器电子产品高效回收方法,突破废旧电器电子产品回收技术,建立废旧电器电子产品回收体系等是实现资源利用和环境保护的重要方式。本文首先介绍了电器电子产品识别与价值评估问题的研究现状,分析了目前工作存在的限制。其次,总结了回收调度优化技术,探讨了方法与实际应用间的关联性。最后,梳理了现有回收平台与运行模式,归纳了实际落地后存在的问题。本文对电器电子产品回收领域的回收现状及发展趋势进行了综述,有助于促进电器电子产品高效回收。

Abstract: Waste electrical and electronic products contain a large amount of toxic and harmful substances and rare and precious metals.With the proliferation of waste products,improper disposal can result in waste of resources and environmental pollution.Researching efficient recycling methods,breaking through the recycling technologies,and establishing recycling systems are important ways to achieve resource utilization and environmental protection.The current situation for the recycling of waste electrical and electronic products was reviewed from the aspects of identification and value evaluation,and the limitations of current work were analyzed.The technology of recycling scheduling optimization was summarized,and the correlation between the methods and practical applications was discussed.The existing recycling platform and operation mode were combed,and the problems after the actual implementation were summarized.This reviews would help to promote the efficient recycling of electrical and electronic products.
