摘要: 为优化民航机场消防站选址、提升应急救援保障能力、助力安全生产,提出机场消防站选址模型。首先,基于既有机场消防规定,构建了机场消防理论救援半径模型;其次,结合隶属度思想,提出4类机场消防救援路线拥堵程度模型(RRCD);随后,获取跑道事故数据分布规律,建立跑道事故离散型概率分布模型(RADPD);在此基础上,综合构建了机场消防站选址多目标规划模型;最后,通过案例分析、对比分析和灵敏度分析说明了所提方法的合理性。研究结果表明,区别于既有规章建议,机场消防站的最佳位置不一定在跑道或滑行道中部。

Abstract: To optimize the fire station site selection of civil airport and improve its emergency rescue and safety production capabilities,a multi-objective programming-based site selection model of airport fire station was proposed.Based on the existing airport fire regulations,an airport fire theoretical rescue radius model was constructed.combined with the idea of membership degree,four types of airport fire Rescue Route Congestion Degree (RRCD) models were proposed.By analyzing the distribution of runway accident historical data,the Runway Accident Discrete Probability Distribution (RADPD) model of runway accident was established.On this basis,the multi-objective programming model of airport fire station site selection was constructed.The case study,comparative analysis and sensitivity analysis were utilized to illustrate the rationality of the proposed method.The results showed that the optimal location of airport fire station was not necessarily in the middle of the runway or taxiway.
