翼型叶片类曲面B样条曲线拟合算法研究

摘要: 为了获得工作性能更优的翼型叶片类曲面和更加光顺的拟合刀具轨迹曲线,对叶片类曲面离散刀具轨迹在基于等效升力最大条件下进行B样条曲线重构。利用流线位置与质点运动位置变量一一对应的连续函数关系,建立离散刀具轨迹与基于流体力学特性的升力约束联系,以机翼空气动力在翼型上的等效升力作为约束条件,用B样条曲线描述中弧线,对基于流体力学特性的离散刀轨用B样条曲线重构,在满足曲率的极小值分段,端点插值、端点切矢连续和最大允许误差下拟合等效升力刀具轨迹。选择海星型离散点和亚音速压气机叶片翼型平面叶栅叶片的B样条曲线拟合仿真和加工,对算法进行了有效性验证,B样条曲线拟合加工的叶片表面三维形貌比直线拟合方式加工的更光滑、均匀,能够获得更低的残留高度和更高的表面质量。

Abstract: To obtain better airfoil blade surfaces and smoother fitting tool path curves,the discrete tool path of blade surfaces was reconstructed by B-spline curves based on the maximum equivalent lift.Using the continuous function relationship between the streamline position and the particle motion position variables,the relationship between the discrete tool path and the lift constraint based on the hydrodynamics characteristics was established.Taking the equivalent lift of the airfoil aerodynamic force on the airfoil as the constraint condition,the middle arc line was described by B-spline curve,and the discrete tool path based on the hydrodynamics characteristics was reconstructed by B-spline curve.The equivalent lift tool path was fitted under the minimum segmentation of curvature,endpoint interpolation,endpoint tangent vector continuity and maximum allowable error.The starfish discrete points and B-spline curve of plane cascade blade of subsonic compressor blade airfoil were selected for fitting simulation and processing,and the effectiveness of the algorithm was verified.The three-dimensional shape of blade surface processed by B-spline curve fitting was smoother and more uniform than that processed by straight line fitting,which could obtain lower residual height and higher surface quality.
