基于Agent的提议修正的情感劝说交互模型

摘要: 基于Agent的情感劝说是商务智能中基于Agent的自动谈判发展到目前为止相对智能和高级的形式,交互模型是保障自动谈判顺利完成的关键,针对现有研究中对该模型量化研究不足,导致Agent情感等人工智能优势利用不够的现状,对基于Agent的情感劝说交互过程进行分析,绘制了交互流程图,并设计了交互规则;以买方Agent为主体,引入情感劝说修正因子和目标修正因子,构建了提议修正函数和交互函数,并采用多属性效用理论和期望效用理论给出情感劝说修正因子算法,综合运用目标冲突理论和后悔理论给出目标修正因子算法,进而给出交互函数算法;综合所提交互规则和交互函数给出基于Agent提议修正的情感劝说交互模型,并以煤炭行业供应链管理中的采购商与供应商为例进行算例分析和敏感性分析,验证了模型的合理性和有效性,而且通过归纳结论得出了相应的管理启示。

Abstract: Agent-based emotional persuasion is a relatively intelligent and advanced form of Agent-based automated negotiation in business intelligence.The interaction model is the key to ensuring the smooth completion of automated negotiations.In view of the insufficient research on quantification of model in the existing research that lead to the insufficient utilized of intelligence of Agent and other artificial intelligence advantages,the Agent-based emotional persuasion interaction process was analyzed,the corresponding interaction flow chart was drawn,and the corresponding interaction rules were designed.With the buyer Agent as the main body,the emotional persuasion correction factor and the target correction factor were introduced,the corresponding proposed correction function was constructed,and the corresponding interaction function was constructed.By using the multi-attribute utility theory and the expected utility theory,the algorithm of emotional persuasion correction factor was given.Based on the target conflict theory and regret theory,the algorithm of target correction factor was given,and the algorithm of interaction function was also given.The proposed interaction rules and interaction functions proposed were combined,and the emotional persuasion interaction model based on Agent was proposed.Taking the buyers and suppliers in the coal industry supply chain management as an example,the case analysis and sensitivity analysis were carried out to verify the rationality and effectiveness of the model,and the corresponding management inspiration was obtained through the conclusion.
