摘要: 针对定制型装备制造企业具有无序工序(Open-Shop)生产特征的混合柔性流水车间的在线调度问题,通过分析车间结构、生产环境及特征,建立具有Open-Shop生产特征的混合柔性流水车间生产调度问题数学模型;将问题的求解分解为两部分,构造出一种基于优先规则的组合算法生成框架,通过在算法框架的不同节点嵌入优先规则算法来产生多种组合规则算法;设计大量的算例测试集,通过对比仿真实验结果,分析了各组合规则算法的适应性和有效性,得出不同组合规则算法在差异环境配置下的求解效果,并对各实验设计因子在系统产量、系统拖期率方面进行了方差分析,研究设计因子及因子间联合对系统指标的影响,研究成果对车间生产管理人员制定生产计划具有有效的指导作用。

Abstract: Aiming at the online scheduling problem of hybrid flexible flow shop with open-shop characteristics in customized equipment industry,a mathematical model of hybrid flexible flow shop with open-shop characteristics was established.The solution to the issue was divided into two parts for constructing a generation framework of priority dispatching rule based combination algorithm.Priority dispatching rules were embedded into different nodes in the algorithm framework,thus multiple combined algorithms were generated.Considerable calculation examples were designed and simulation experiments were conducted to analyze the effectiveness and adaptability of combined algorithms.The quality of solution was evaluated under various experimental configuration,and the variance analysis of all experimental factors was conducted to investigate their influence on system output and percentage of tardy products.The research could provide guidance to the production planning for workshop production manager.
