稳态过程下CSP-2检验方案的重新设计

摘要: 为建立能够同时利用工业过程运行数据的计数和计量信息的过程优化与控制方案,对放宽的连续抽样方案(CSP-2)进行重新设计,提出基于过程合格品率估计的最优CSP-2边界方案(OCSP-2)。OCSP-2中的检验方案是满足稳态过程质量控制需求的所有可行检验方案的边界方案,能够对恶化和改善两类过程波动均实施加严控制。在此基础上,构建了边界恒等式和等值面恒等式求解检验方案参数。在不增加检验工作量的前提下,OCSP-2利用数据的计数信息驱动检验方案运行,利用数据的计量信息估计过程质量及其置信下限。OCSP-2能够并行地完成过程质量水平判断、检验方案的执行与中止判断、质量控制策略调整等多项过程优化与控制任务。通过企业应用案例验证了OCSP-2方案的有效性和可行性。

Abstract: For concurrently utilizing the attribute and variable information of the process data during the process optimization and control,the reduced Continuous Sampling Plan (CSP-2) was redesigned,and the Optimal CSP-2 (OCSP-2) boundary scheme was proposed based on the process conformance estimation.The inspection scheme in OCSP-2 was the boundary of all feasible inspection schemes under the specified quality requirement for in-control process,which could control the fluctuating towards directions of improvement and deterioration tighteningly.On this basis,the boundary identical equation and contour identical equation were established to solve the parameters of the inspection scheme.Without increasing the inspection workload,OCSP-2 operated the inspection scheme with the attribute information of process data,and estimated the proportion of conformance and its lower confidence limit with the variable information.OCSP-2 could simultaneously perform multiple tasks during process optimization and control,such as judging the process quality level and the operation or stops of the inspection scheme,adjusting the parameters of the inspection scheme.An application example was supplied to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed scheme.
